We offer samples so you can evaluate product quality before placing a bulk order.
1. Absolutes & Essential Oils
Sample quantity: Usually 5–10 ml for Absolutes / 10–30 ml for Essential Oils
Sample fee: Charged according to the product. The fee can be deducted from your first formal order.
Shipping cost: Paid by the customer. May be deducted if your subsequent order reaches a certain amount.
Processing time: Samples are prepared and shipped within 3–5 working days after payment is received.
2. Activated Carbon
Sample quantity: Usually 100–500 grams (depending on the type)
Sample fee: Charged according to the product. The fee can be deducted from your first formal order.
Shipping cost: Paid by the customer. May be deducted if your subsequent order reaches a certain amount.
Processing time: Samples are normally dispatched within 5–7 working days after payment is received.
Note: Activated Carbon is supplied on FOB China terms for bulk orders.
